These Terms apply to customers in the United States and the United Kingdom, as well as our other shipping markets, including Canada and Australia. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country, state, or province.

1. Definitions

• Return/Withdrawal Period: The period within which the consumer can exercise their right to return or, where applicable, their statutory right of withdrawal.
• Consumer: A natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a professional or commercial activity and who enters into a distance contract with the business.
• Day: Calendar day.
• Term Transaction: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services delivered over a period of time.
• Right of Withdrawal/Cancellation: The option for the consumer to withdraw from or cancel the distance contract within the applicable period, including the statutory right of cancellation available to UK consumers.
• Business: The legal entity that offers products and/or services remotely to consumers.

3. Applicability

These Terms apply to every offer made by the business and to every distance contract concluded between the business and the consumer, in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and any other market we serve.

4. The Offer

Our offers are non-binding and subject to availability. If an offer has a limited validity period, it will be explicitly stated. All offers include complete and accurate descriptions of products and services.

5. The Agreement

An agreement forms when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions. The business confirms acceptance promptly through electronic means.

6. Right to Return and Right of Withdrawal/Cancellation

Consumers have the right to return products within 30 days without giving any reason, under our 30-day money-back guarantee. The 30-day period begins upon receipt of the product. Full details appear in our Refund/Returns Policy.

In addition to our 30-day guarantee, UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This statutory right applies alongside, and does not reduce, the 30-day money-back guarantee described above.

7. Obligations of the Consumer during the Return/Withdrawal Period

During the return or withdrawal period, consumers must handle the product and packaging with care. Items should be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with any hygiene seals intact.

8. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal/Return

Some items—personalised, custom-made, or those with broken hygiene seals—may be ineligible for return. This will be clearly noted on the relevant product pages. Statutory exclusions under applicable UK and US law continue to apply.

9. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your shipping destination (for example, US Dollars (USD) for the United States and British Pound Sterling (GBP) for the United Kingdom). UK prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices for the US, Canada, Australia, and other markets are shown exclusive or inclusive of taxes and duties as indicated at checkout, and any applicable sales tax, duties, or import charges may be added in accordance with local law. The business reserves the right to adjust prices for tax or regulatory changes.

10. Compliance and Warranty

We guarantee that our products conform to the agreement, the specifications listed, and reasonable usability expectations. This warranty applies to customers in both the United States and the United Kingdom. Customers should reference the Refund/Returns Policy for any issues. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any mandatory consumer guarantees or statutory rights available under US, UK, Canadian, or Australian law.

11. Delivery and Execution

Orders ship to the address provided by the consumer. We strive to fulfil all accepted orders promptly, typically within 7–14 business days. The 7–14 business day figure reflects our standard fulfilment and UK delivery timeframe; delivery times for the United States, Canada, Australia, and other destinations vary by destination and carrier. Notification and cancellation options apply if delays occur.

12. Duration Transactions

Contracts for ongoing services or subscriptions may be terminated by the consumer with one month's written notice, unless otherwise agreed.

13. Payment

Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards and digital wallets.

14. Complaints Procedure

Dissatisfied customers should contact info@getarchly.com. We aim to respond to all complaints within 30 days and will seek to resolve issues amicably. This procedure does not affect your right to pursue any remedy available to you under applicable US, UK, Canadian, or Australian consumer law.

16. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the home jurisdiction of Witteveen Commerce LLC, namely the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

This choice of governing law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country, state, or province in which you reside. In particular:

• US customers retain all mandatory rights under applicable federal and state consumer-protection laws.
• UK customers retain all mandatory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Where local mandatory law conflicts with these Terms, that local mandatory law prevails to the extent of the conflict.
